RESERVATION POLICIES:

To reserve an appointment, please schedule online here.

A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment.

We maintain a 48 hour cancellation policy. The fee for a late cancellation is 50% of the service price, and the fee for no-shows or same day cancellations is 100% of the service price. Bloodroot Holistics, L.L.C. reserves the right to charge the card placed on file at time of booking for any late cancellation fees or no-show fees that may result from these actions.

CHECK-IN:

To check in for your appointment please text (828) 348-8962 and include your name. Please read all directions and details in the initial confirmation email prior to your appointment.

FACILITIES:

There is a parking lot behind the Bledsoe Offices building. Parking information is included in the confirmation email.

Unfortunately, we are not wheelchair accessible.

COVID INFORMATION:

I am fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and will wear a mask upon client request. All surfaces and linens are cleaned and changed between clients.

Insurance Billing FAQ:

Massage therapy is not covered by health insurance in NC at this time.
